Flickr is the most obvious one, but you'd need a flickr uploader tool that you need to download and I don't know if you're using your own computer or one in transit. There's also www.imagecave.com, where you can sign up for a free account, upload your photos and resize them. Just so you know. If you decide to do this and need help, feel free to email me.
